This first version (2.90) of East West Fokker F28-4000 doesn't have any night lighting textures. The reasons are simple: The base model is not yet completed. It will be after the vacations (that means late August / early September).
But to avoid you from waiting too long I decided to upload this first new constructed model of an Fokker F28-1000.
The "real" launch-version (3.0) will be a perfect looking (as well as flying) model of the real thing. The body will be accurate with all the moving things we have got used to.
The textures will also follow the standard of today.
